Hello all, As the forum wasn't being used very often, we decided to consolidate things and solely use the established forum on Ravelry. Ravelry's forum is much more focused to fiber enthusiasts and you have a world wide presence that you can use as a resource.

Next Meeting Info Updated
jbannock on Wednesday 11 February 2009 - 10:29:02 | Read/Post Comment: 0
Check out our Next Meeting page to see the full description of our upcoming April meeting! It's going to be a fun, super-informative day with a great speaker. Also, there are instructions for non-members who are planning to make the trek to Enfield to see Abby. Please read them!

February's meeting was lovely, too. It was a nice way to get back in touch with some basic skills and we'll definitely do the Four Corners again. If you have an idea for future Four Corners meetings, please email me (Jenny Bannock) or talk to me during the meeting.

Thanks, everyone!

Snow Day Procedures

Since our weather has been pretty snowy this winter and our February meeting is coming up, this is just a reminder about how to know if we're having a meeting on a snow day. Should the forecast call for snow, or you're not sure if we're meeting, please call Asnuntuck to find out if they are open.

The snow line is here: 1.800.501.3967

If the building is open on Guild day, then you may assume we are having our meeting. If the building is closed due to inclement weather, the snow date for the meeting is February 14.

Check out our "Next Meeting" page to see what's in store for you this February! See you then!

New photos from Guild meetings

The Nutmeg Spinners Guild is looking for pictures you have taken of our meetings, events, and demos. We want to spruce up our site a bit and to update some of the pictures. We might even put up a gallery if we get enough of a response. If you have taken photos and would like to share them with us, please send them to Jenny Bannock. (My info is on the Contacts page.) Please include any info you have, such as what date it was taken, what event it portrays, and who is featured in the photo (though don't worry about doing this with group photos).

Thank you!
